Shawana Capital (Private) Limited is a real investment consultancy firm founded and established in Zimbabwe in 2021 holding registration No EAC 2021041, whose offices are situated at No 1 Harvey Brown , Milton Park , Harare, Zimbabwe.
OUR OBJECTIVE is to provide comprehensive and integrated property services and solutions to landlords, buyers, tenants, developers, and property investors.
OUR APPROACH in providing real estate investment solutions is based on our 360 Degree participation in the whole real estate value chain from deal origination, advisory services, transaction execution, documentation handling, and valuation to management services.
